چکیده

Abstract The boron active belite cement is a type different from the Portland Cement due to presence of B 2 O 3 at 3–4%. prominent properties are low hydration temperature, early strength, and high final strength for concrete. aim this study observe self-compacting concrete properties, which includes silica fume, temperatures. Withal, types were decided as CEM I, II, cement. Some mechanical durability manufactured samples also investigated, experimentally. designed 0.35 water/binder ratio 2% hyper plasticizer, while fume replaced 7.5% rheological concrete, such experiments flow diameter, time (t 50 ), V-flow time, L-box J-ring observed fresh stage. As temperature related parameters, planned be tested 100, 200, 300, 400, 600 750°C, acquire compressive tensile splitting ultrasonic pulse velocity, unit weight. All met mentioned relevant criteria was enhanced by flowability long resulting strengths samples, produced with implied greater values, then I II ones. increasing high-temperature, decreased all weight loss used samples.

Ultra High Performance Self Compacting Concrete

Experiences in the development of Ultra High Performance Concrete found a very high flowability in concrete with low water powder ratio. Because of the high viscosity of the cement paste, compaction was necessary. To improve the compaction characteristics of the concrete the idea of adding coarse aggregate was developed. The first tests showed a good workability of the fresh concrete and a good...

Comparison of the Performance of Self Compacting Concrete

Self-Compacting Concrete Originally developed in Japan, SCC technology was made possible by the much earlier development of Superplasticisers for concrete. To compare the performance of SCC with Fly Ash 20%, Silica Fume 10%, Rice Husk Ash (5%, 10%, and 15%) as a partial replacement of cement, due to the high increase in construction which has brought a heavy demand for ingredients of concrete s...

Properties of Self-compacting Concrete – an Overview

Self-compacting concrete can be defined as the concrete which requires no vibrations and can flow around obstructions, encloses the reinforcement and fills up the formwork completely under its self weight. Over the last ten years, significant amount of work has been carried out on self-compacting concrete all over the world. In countries like Japan, Sweden, Thailand, UK etc., the knowledge of S...
